So who discovered America? The Italians claimed it was Columbus for years, till the Vikings found one of their man caves in Newfoundland. The Irish and Welsh have made some claims too and Egypt, the Phoenicians and Crete all say they've been here. And there's always the ten lost tribes of Israel. Anyway, America was already here. So were the Indians. They don't count?
Personally I think they've all got it wrong. Question should be who discovered Europe first.
I think it was the Eskimos. They stumbled across it, mucked around the continent for a while, found it to be a wasteland, went back home and said nothing. Left it for the French.
